Tesamorelin + CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin
Also known as: Tesa / CJC / Ipa blend, GH-axis triple stack, Tri-GH blend
Pre-mixed three-peptide blend aimed at stimulating the growth-hormone axis, combining two GHRH analogs (tesamorelin and CJC-1295) with a selective ghrelin-receptor agonist / GH secretagogue (ipamorelin) to drive pulsatile pituitary GH release. Tesamorelin is FDA-approved only as Egrifta for HIV-associated lipodystrophy; CJC-1295 and ipamorelin have no FDA-approved human indication and are grey-market research compounds. This specific three-way combination is not an approved product and has no published controlled human efficacy or safety data, so its rationale is inferred from the individual components rather than from any trial of the blend itself.

Safety notes
Not FDA-approved as a blend; only tesamorelin is approved (Egrifta, for a narrow HIV indication) while CJC-1295 and ipamorelin are grey-market. WADA-PROHIBITED: all three peptides fall under Prohibited List class S2 (peptide hormones, growth factors and mimetics) and are banned in and out of competition. GH-axis stimulation carries risks including insulin resistance, fluid retention, joint pain and potential stimulation of occult tumor growth. No combination-specific human safety data exists.
Reconstitution
Supplied lyophilized; reconstitute with bacteriostatic water and refrigerate. As an unapproved multi-peptide research preparation, dose accuracy, sterility and stability of the combined peptides are not assured.
